Step 1- Download the app from Google Play Store by the name of MyShareCar. MyShareCar is A product of M/S Life Solutions.
Step 2- Free Registration – Fill your complete details along with Referral code.
Step 3- About Dashboard –
Search Button – whenever you want to search any particular category like WV or WO on the same direction where you want to go ,this tool will play a very important role. For Example you can see how many people are WO going to the same direction where you are planning to go With Vehicle.
With Vehicle Button – If You have a planned journey with vehicle just upload your details as per given format ,if there would be any WO or Co traveler in the same direction on the system then system will notify you via notification bell or through Sms. You can not add your details without adding vehicle details. So after registration first go to profile and update your vehicle status If you have vehicle.
Without Vehicle Button – If you have planned journey without vehicle just upload your details as given format. If there would be any WV Or Driver in the same direction on the system then system will notify you via notification or through Sms.
When your Journey Matches –
• For WO : You can see the details of WV or Driver like Name,Category ,Company name, Occupations, his Address verification status, vehicle status ,Local Via Status etc. After checking his entire details Once you go for Book Now, you will redirect to PayTm gateway where you can pay through your Paytm Wallet, Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
After Payment confirmation you will get His Contact No and Name through which you can interact him and conform meeting point and time. You can upload PDF file for your payment details at time of payment or else you will automatically get it on your mail.
• For WV : When ever any WO pays towards the journey you have to go to with vehicle history and select the ride which has been posted by you, in the bottom you can see all the requisites which has been paid towards the journey. You need to check his profile and either confirm or reject his request. Once Confirm you will get his contact details , both can talk and plan meeting point and time as well.
As a Wv or Driver you have one more responsibility, before one hour of starting the journey one button will be appear on the bottom of you ride posted by you in the name of Start ride. Once you settled with all co travelers and start the journey from the city just click on this button.
And similarly once you end the ride go to your posted ride , you will End Ride button, Just click on it.
Through this process system will calculate the journey status and will act accordingly.
Cancellation: Flat Rs 1.75/Km Charged from WO is divided into two parts
1 – Cost Contribution Rs 1.5/Km
2 – Service Fees Rs 0.25/Km
Case 1 – If WO cancels his journey more than 12 hours before starts his planned journey time as per time given by WV in his Query then He will get Cost Contribution amount in his ShareCar wallet after just cancelling the journey.
Case 2 – If WO cancels his journey less than 12 hours before starts his planned journey time as per time given by WV in his Query then he will get 50% of Cost Contribution and 50% of Cost contribution will be transferred to Car Owners or Wv or Driver’s ShareCar wallet.
Case 3 – If WO does not reached on meeting point max by 15 minutes or as per given time then driver (WV) is allowed to move to the Trip ,in this condition passenger Considered as Travelled and whole amount of Cost Contribution will be paid to Driver (WV).
Case 4 – In the case of cancellation owing to the Driver(WV), the Passenger(WO) is refunded the whole of the sum paid (i.e. the Cost Contribution and the related Service Fees). This is notably the case when Driver(WV) cancels a Trip or has not arrived at the meeting point Max 15 minutes or after the agreed time. If at any point of time MyShareCar observe that the Driver (WV) is cancelling his Trip very Frequently in that condition MyShareCar can suspend his services.
Step 4 – About Menu Baar
Ref ID - This is a unique id for every user, when you refer anyone give this is id to complete his registration process.
Refer & Earn - If you want to refer anyone you can send a download link directly through sms, whatapp or using other tool to his mobile along with referral code.
Wallet Amount - This is called ShareCar wallet. The purpose of ShareCar wallet is to get money instantly in your account for instant use from promotional offers, cancelation etc. All kind of refund amount, promotional amount will first credit to your ShareCar wallet. If any point of time anyone want make it Cash, he can raise a withdrawal request through Withdrawal Amount Button, he will get the amount in his registered account within 24 Hours. All transactions will be done through the account in the name of Life Solutions. As MyShareCar is a product of M/S Life Solutions. Currently we don’t have wallet history system so please keep remember your wallet amount or history until we starts this service.
Referral Details - If you refer to anyone to the system, you can get his details in this tab like his refer Id, name and user type. No need to worry about forgetting your referrals.
With Vehicle History - In this tab you can check the history of the services which you have provides as WV. It will maintain your record for all the rides like successful rides, cancelled rides, new rides which are not executed yet etc. You can check here the status of requests from WO for any particular ride offer by you and approve or reject bar. Cancellation for any ride also can be done through this tab.
Without Vehicle History - In this tab you can check the history of the services which you have received as WO. It will maintain your record for all the rides like successful rides, cancelled rides, new rides which are not executed yet etc. You can check here the status of requests from WV for any particular ride offer by WV and approval or rejection status. Cancellation for any ride also can be done through this tab.
Offers - All the latest offers from the company can be seen in this tab.
Fare Cart - Latest Fare Cart can be seen in this section.
